• The OneManBand is working hard to fulfill all orders that are still in the “processing” phase, and they will be shipped gradually over the coming days, so don’t worry!

• If you need to request a change of delivery address, it’s important to get in touch with us ASAP to request the update. Updating the details from your profile only affects future orders and not those already placed, so a manual change from our side is necessary.

• Orders for which “Free Pickup in Bergamo” was requested will be available for pickup from the first day of opening of the Elysium store (currently closed for summer holidays), which is TUESDAY, AUGUST 27th.
