Hiya supporters of VoL!

Some time has passed by since our last update now it’s time to update you all on the work that’s been going on behind the scenes which are still going on. 
All of the drawings of the mini-monster cards (155 in total!) have been completed and coloured, ready to set the printing machine on fire soon! 
After printing a prototype of this new version, we can assure you that the contents of The Reaper’s Hand are literally glowing!

Cyclops and Deluxe Pledge:

If you have chosen the Cyclops and Deluxe Pledge, finally the moment has arrived to choose the original illustrations that will accompany your game. 
I’ve catalogued all of the drawings and by visiting this link you’ll be able to see which ones are available and answering our message on your choice. We will write in Pledge date order, so if you haven’t received a message yet it means that someone before you still has to choose their drawing.  

 How are the drawings made? 

All the drawings shown on this page are original and handmade, using black ink on paper. Most are the beautiful version of a coarser draft which I then trace with a brush pen onto a new sheet thanks to a light table. This allows me to have an even better version of the design which I then import into my computer and colour with a Wacom tablet. For this reason, the original drawing that you will receive will not have any pencil marks. 
Some of these drawings have been slightly modified or been adapted to the format and may not be faithful to the final version.

… And that’s not all!

Here’s the cover of Bigger Box that many of you have bought! 

For your happiness, we have opted for an even larger size of the one which was communicated during the campaign. The Bigger Box even contains the base game box and leaves room for all the well-organized contents between the dividers.

 And what are we doing now? 

Now that we have picked up the latest prototype with the drawings of the updated cards we’re finishing the due playlist and working on the Adventure book. The files of the expansion are ready but I’ll wait to finish and translate the Adventure Book before sending the game into production (just in case there will be any changes to be made). My objective is to fill the book with illustrations to make it a playable art gamebook. It will be printed in Europe whereas the game will be printed separately (most likely) in China by the same producer as the first game. All the graphics will then be adapted to digital and interactive versions.
