Dear VoL Backers

First and foremost, we want to extend our deepest gratitude for your infinite patience and unwavering support. We also want to thank everyone who made an effort to remain kind and courteous during this challenging time. We understand how frustrating it can be to have paid for a game and not receive updates. We sincerely apologize for the numerous delays and any inconvenience they may have caused.

Our journey has been long and challenging. The shipment traveled all the way from China to our warehouse in Bergamo, facing various setbacks along the way. The cargo shipment was one of the slowest we have ever experienced, having to take a very wide route to avoid problematic scenarios along the way.

The delays were due to both creative challenges and logistical issues, but we are thrilled to announce that the games have finally arrived!

We want to reassure you that all backers will receive their games without any additional costs.

Although shipping costs have increased significantly during this period, your support means the world to us, and we are committed to keeping our promise. We know that this huge delay has affected your trust in us, but it was not our intent to deceive or scam you.

Today, we packaged and prepared the first dispatch, which will be picked up tomorrow morning. We are working hard to process all orders within the next 2-3 days.

Please keep an eye on your email inbox for the tracking number, which will be sent out soon. This will allow you to monitor your shipment and know exactly when to expect your game. 

Orders destined for Italy and Europe will be shipped via GLS, while orders destined for the United States will be delivered by FedEx or USPS. We will use other couriers for destinations such as Canada, Brazil, and Argentina.

For those who chose in-store pickup in Bergamo, we are now coordinating with Fabio from Elysium store to arrange the pickup in-store and to understand how to proceed during the store’s summer closure. Details coming soon!
